    Please note that Subscriptions should NOT be paid into the clubs bank account without having filled in the renewal form, available from the treasurer!.

    Thanks Dave, that’s understood and I have amended tha AGM minutes to take account of your concern.
    For members generally please be aware that no payment should be made until you have completed the renewal/joining form where you will find the bank account details to be used.
